POLICY & WARRANTY RETURNS
7Jurock will happily refund any item purchased from it if it is returned within 30 days from the original shipment date, however, a 15% restocking charge will be applied. The item must be new, unmodified and undamaged and in its original packaging; the item must be returned before being mounted and be in resalable condition. Standard shipping and handling charges will be deducted. Windshields that have been mounted or are in need of refurbishing will be assessed a 20% to 40% service charge, depending on the damage. If scratches or marking are too deep to be removed, a refund will not be issued. Items returned after 30 days of shipment without prior authorization will be refused. Please note. Custom windshields and non-standard windshields cannot be returned at any time. AFTER 30 DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization. Returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured to 7Jurock Plastics. All shipped items shipped must have the proper authorization or they will be refused.
WARRANTY 7Jurock proudly stands behind its products and warrants all windshields to be free from defective materials and/or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product. The 7Jurock warranty does not cover scratches, crazing, cracking, or breakage sustained in the normal course of use or any damage resulting from intentional misuse. Please note, there is no allowance for any installation or removal costs associated with the defective product. 7Jurock covers all windshield products against defects in the material or workmanship for one year from date of purchase by an original consumer purchaser.
SHIPPING DOMESTIC Our standard shipping method is by FEDEX and UPS ground within the contiguous USA. Also USPS shipments are available (Express Mail and Priority Mail). INTERNATIONAL For International Shipments we use FEDEX Int'l. and Airmail Parcel Post (Express Mail and Priority Mail) or Global Express Mail worlwide. |
