What are the payment options?

Currently we accept credit cards, pay pal, checks, and money order payments.

How will my goods be sent to me?

Your goods will be sent to you with or without signature required courier with track and trace. This ensures your goods are sent to you with safety and reliability.

 How long will it take for my goods to ship?

Upon order confirmation our current production time is approximately five to seven days to ship.

Rush Order - How long will it take for my goods to ship?

Upon order confirmation rush order production time is one to three working days.

  My order is on backorder, what does this mean?

 A backorder item means that it is not available.  When an item is on backorder, we will advise you when the item becomes available again. You can also change the item that is on backorder to an alternative product that is available.

Can I cancel my order and how?

 You may cancel your orders anytime prior to it being shipped to you.  Just notify us by telephone and let us know you would like to cancel your order. If payment has been made, we will refund the money to your bank account.
